Overall, recommend Travel Triangle for their reliability and ease of planning, but hope to see some attention to hotel quality and better vendor management going forward.

t. However, Darpan was really amazing while helping me plan for the trip. Given that we were extremely unsure, he demonstrated an amazing level of patience, was open to multiple ideas (thanks to the confused us!) and also helped us in zeroing down to the best solution given our travel intention. We planned part of our Seoul + Busan tour along with additional requests like pickup and drop which wasn't in the original plan. Darpan accommodated all our requests, even when some changed at the last minute. This really took the stress out of the trip planning. On the actual trips - the partners for local tours identified were amazing. The trips were extensive, the guides were knowledgeable, and we were able to experience the place with the full charm. No undercutting, and no overdoing! The trips started from our hotel which was an added plus. The hotel in Busan, which was booked by them had an amazing location - right in the middle of the train station and the subway. It literally took us 2 mins to reach either location. Only thing - the rooms were very small. However, I can ignore that keeping the other benefits in mind. All in all, thanks to TT and Serene for making this a beautiful event. I will definitely keep them in mind while booking future trips !
